A two-player turn based tile game replicating the effects of neighborhood gentrification. The players take on the role of either “property developer” or “renter” and are asked to fill the board with expensive or cheap property tiles.

As tiles are added to the board the average price of the neighborhood is indicated by the coriander price index. The game is weighted in favour of the property developer meaning that the price of coriander will generally always increase, reflecting the current property climate in London.
