A turn based tile game played by two players that replicate the effects of neighbourhood gentrification. The players take on the roles of either “property developer” or “renter” and are asked to fill the board with expensive or cheap property tiles.

As tiles are added to the board the average price of the neighbourhood is indicated by the coriander price index. The game is weighted in favour of the property developer so that the price of coriander will generally always increase, reflecting the current property climate in London.
